Public offer (Terms of Service)

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer under the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan: a contract is concluded between the Provider and any person who accepts its terms.

Definitions: “Website” means https://nomzod.ai and its pages; “Service” means the voice practice interviews with artificial intelligence (AI) on the Website and related features; “User” means an individual who has created an account on the Website; “Package” means a number of interviews paid for in advance.

By creating an account and signing in to the Website, the User agrees to comply with these terms. Payment for a Package constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.

The Service is available to persons aged 16 and over. A User under 18 makes payments with the consent of a parent or other legal representative.

2. Subject of the contract

The Provider enables the User to take voice practice interviews with AI to prepare for job interviews, and the User pays for the chosen Package.

Interviews come in two formats: a full interview and an in-depth interview on one topic. Each lasts about 30 minutes. The interview language is Uzbek, Russian or English.

After an interview the User receives written feedback on their answers. The feedback is text, with no points or grades.

The User may choose to upload a CV: the AI reads it and helps fill in the interview profile (direction, level, skills and up to 3 projects).

3. Account

Users sign in with a one-time code sent by email or with a Google account. No password is used.

The User is responsible for keeping access to their email and Google account secure. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, write to info@nomzod.ai immediately.

An account may be used only by its owner and may not be transferred or sold to anyone else.

The User may delete the account at any time in the Profile section of the home page or by request to info@nomzod.ai. Deleting the account cancels any unused interviews in the Package.

4. Prices and payment

Interviews are sold in Packages: 1 interview for 49,000 UZS, 3 interviews for 129,000 UZS, 5 interviews for 199,000 UZS. Interviews in a Package can be used in any format.

Payment is one-off: there is no subscription and no automatic charges. Interviews in a Package do not expire.

Payments are made through the Click or Payme payment systems. Card details are entered on the payment system’s own page and never reach the Provider.

A Package is added to the User’s account once the payment system confirms the payment.

Current prices are shown on the Website. The Provider may change prices; a new price does not affect Packages already paid for.

5. How interviews are used

One interview is deducted from the Package when an interview starts.

If an interview breaks off right at the start (no question after the introduction has been answered), the interview is returned to the Package automatically.

An interview that continues past the introduction counts as used, even if the User ends it early.

For other technical problems, write to info@nomzod.ai; each case is reviewed individually.

An interview requires a microphone, a modern browser and a stable internet connection, which the User provides.

6. Nature and limits of the Service

The Service is a practice tool, not a recruitment service. The Provider does not act on behalf of employers, does not make hiring decisions and does not guarantee employment.

Interviews are conducted by AI, and the feedback is written by AI. The feedback is educational: it contains no points or grades and is not an official assessment of professional qualifications.

AI can make mistakes: questions, comments and feedback may contain inaccurate or incomplete information. Do not rely on them as your only source when making important decisions.

The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider takes reasonable steps to keep it running, but the Service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, failures of third-party services or internet outages.

7. User obligations

The User provides accurate information in the account and the interview profile.

The User does not disclose, in interviews or uploaded files, personal data of other people (names, contact details and the like) or confidential information of employers.

The User does not use the Service for unlawful purposes and does not send offensive or harmful content to the AI interviewer.

The User does not access the Website by automated means, interfere with the Service, attempt to bypass its security or disrupt its software, or resell the Service or its content for commercial purposes.

In the event of a serious or repeated breach of these terms, the Provider may restrict access to the account.

8. Liability

The parties are liable for failure to perform, or improper performance of, their obligations under this offer in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Provider is not responsible for the outcome of real job interviews, for decisions to hire or not to hire, or for decisions the User makes based on the feedback.

The Provider is not responsible for interruptions caused by the User’s device or internet connection, payment systems or other third parties.

Unless otherwise provided by law, the Provider’s liability is limited to the amount the User paid for the relevant Package.

The parties are released from liability for failure to perform their obligations due to force majeure.

9. Personal data

The Provider processes the User’s personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547 of 2019 and the Privacy Policy published on the Website.

By accepting this offer, the User consents to the processing of their data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy, including processing outside the Republic of Uzbekistan by the providers involved in delivering the Service.

To check the quality of the Service, the interview recording (audio and answer transcripts) is kept for up to 30 days and then deleted. See the Privacy Policy for details.

10. Disputes and governing law

This offer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Disputes are first resolved through negotiation. A written claim is sent to info@nomzod.ai and is considered within the time limits set by law.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved by the competent court of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the law.

11. Changes to the offer

The Provider may amend this offer. A new version is published on the Website and takes effect from the date stated in it.

Amendments do not affect the price or the number of interviews in Packages paid for before they take effect.

Continuing to use the Service after a new version takes effect means accepting it. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service.
