Privacy policy
This policy explains what data we collect when you use the nomzod.ai website and its services, why we use it, whom we share it with and how long we keep it. Effective date: 03.11.2026.
1. Who we are
Your personal data is processed by nomzod.ai, referred to as “we”. We are the owner and operator of the personal data database.
Data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547 of 2019.
For questions and requests: info@nomzod.ai.
2. What we collect
Account data: email address, name and chosen language; if you sign in with Google, also your Google account identifier and a link to your Google profile picture.
Sign-in and security data: session data, IP address and browser type. One-time sign-in codes and session tokens are stored only as hashes (they cannot be recovered).
Interview profile: format, direction, level, skills or topic, projects, interview language and, if you add it, a vacancy text.
Interview results: the interview plan, which topics were asked and whether your first answer on each topic was strong or weak, the written feedback, the interview status and times, and usage figures (duration, counts).
Interview recording: the interviewer’s questions and the audio and text (transcript) of your answers — to check the quality of the Service, for up to 30 days (section 4).
Payment data: package, amount, date, payment system and its transaction number. Card details never reach us.
Your CV, if you upload one (section 3), and any messages you send us, so that we can reply.
3. CV
Uploading a CV is optional. We accept a PDF or DOCX file of up to 5 MB.
The file is stored and read by AI (Anthropic’s Claude model), which extracts your direction, level, skills and up to 3 projects to fill in your interview profile. The result of that reading is also stored, so the same file is not read twice.
You can delete your CV at any time in the Profile section of the home page. Deletion removes the file and its reading result; they leave our backups within 14 days (section 7). Information already copied into an interview profile (for example, projects) stays with that interview.
Your CV should not contain personal data of other people (for example, referees’ phone numbers).
4. Voice and answer transcripts
During an interview your voice is streamed for real-time speech recognition: your speech is converted to text, the AI interviewer prepares a reply, and the reply is spoken back to you.
The AI uses the text of your answers during the interview and right after it to write your feedback.
To check the quality of the Service, the interview recording — the interviewer’s questions and the audio and text (transcript) of your answers — is kept for up to 30 days and seen only by authorised members of our team; it is then deleted automatically. The recording is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with third parties. If you delete the interview from your history or delete your account, the recording is deleted too.
After the interview we also keep the results listed in section 2: the plan, the topics and whether your first answer was strong or weak (so topics are not repeated next time), the written feedback without scores, and usage figures for cost control.
Do not share unnecessary personal details about yourself or others during an interview — the Service does not need them.
5. Purposes and legal grounds
We use data to: create your account and sign you in; build the interview plan and conduct the interview; prepare written feedback; avoid repeating topics in later interviews; keep track of payments and interviews in your package; ensure security and prevent abuse; control costs and improve the Service; respond to your requests; and comply with the law.
Legal grounds: the consent you give when signing in to the Website, the need to provide the services under the public offer, and obligations set by law.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. No automated decisions with legal effects are made about you: the AI feedback is for educational purposes only.
6. Third parties and cross-border transfer
To provide the Service we share some data with the following providers, each receiving only what it needs for its task.
Anthropic (Claude AI model): choosing the interview plan, conducting the interview, reading CVs and preparing written feedback.
ElevenLabs: speech-to-text and text-to-speech. Real-time recognition runs with recording storage turned off; if that connection drops and an answer is transcribed by the fallback method, ElevenLabs may keep the recording under its own terms.
Google: sign-in with Google, only if you choose this option.
Click and Payme: accepting payments; card details are entered on their pages.
The hosting provider and the email service that delivers sign-in codes: running the Website and delivering emails.
These providers may process data outside the Republic of Uzbekistan. By using the Website you consent to such cross-border transfer. The providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Where the law requires, data may be disclosed to authorised state bodies upon their lawful request.
7. Retention
Account data, interview profiles, plans, topic history and feedback are kept for as long as your account exists.
Your CV is kept until you delete it or your account is deleted.
The interview recording (audio and answer transcripts) is kept for up to 30 days and then deleted automatically; it is not included in backups.
Security data (IP address, browser type) is kept for as long as needed for security and abuse prevention.
Payment records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law; after your account is deleted they are kept without your name or email address.
A backup of the database is made every day and kept for 14 days. Deleted data (CVs, accounts) stays in backups until that period ends and is then removed automatically. Backups are used only to restore data.
8. Your rights
Under the law you have the right to be informed about the processing of your data, to request a copy of it, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request deletion and to withdraw your consent.
You can change your name in the Profile section of the home page.
You can delete a saved CV at any time in the Profile section of the home page — the file is deleted and leaves our backups within 14 days.
You can delete your account in the Profile section of the home page or by request to info@nomzod.ai. This deletes your CVs, interviews, topic history, feedback and sessions; payment records are kept, as the law requires, without your name or email address. Unused interviews in your package are cancelled.
You withdraw consent by deleting your account; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Send requests to info@nomzod.ai from the email address of your account — this helps us confirm your identity. We respond within the time limits set by law. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may apply to the authorised state body or to a court.
9. Cookies and browser storage
The Website uses a session cookie that is necessary for it to work. It is set as HttpOnly (page scripts cannot read it) and remembers that you are signed in. If you block it, you will not be able to sign in.
In addition, your browser’s local storage (localStorage) keeps your choices from setting up an interview and a flag that you are signed in. These entries stay only in your browser, and you can clear them in its settings.
In this version the Website does not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated in advance.
10. Security
Data travels between your browser and the server over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Sign-in codes and session tokens are stored only as hashes, and access to data is restricted.
We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data, but no method of transmission over the internet guarantees absolute security.
11. Children
The Service is intended for people aged 16 and over. If we learn that someone under 16 has created an account, we will delete the account together with its data.
If you believe your child has given us their data, write to info@nomzod.ai.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy. A new version is published on the Website and takes effect from the date stated in it. We will announce significant changes on the Website or by email.
