Talablar
Recruit and screen CDL & Non-CDL drivers. Conduct initial phone interviews. Verify DL/CDL, experience & work authorization. Follow up with candidates and manage onboarding. Maintain driver pipeline and recruiting reports. Trucking recruitment experience is welcomed. Strong English & communication skills. Spanish/Portuguese is a plus. Experience with Sprinter/Box Truck drivers is preferred.
