Vazifalar
Timely and correctly update shipment status in the system; Perform scheduled check-in calls or messages with drivers; Report delays, issues, or exceptions to dispatch/management; Document breakdowns, late pickups/deliveries, and other incidents; Ensure data accuracy and completeness in all records; Monitor active loads (US time zones).
Talablar
1-2 years experience; English proficiency is required for communication with drivers and U.S. clients; experienced Updater (1+ year) who values responsibility, teamwork, and mutual support.
