Oversee and manage all safety and compliance operations in accordance with FMCSA, DOT, and federal/state regulations; Monitor and maintain company CSA scores and implement corrective actions when needed; Conduct driver onboarding, safety orientation, and ongoing training programs; Review driver qualification files (DQ files) and ensure all documentation is up to date; Manage and track driver violations, incidents, and accidents; perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures; Handle accident investigations, including documentation, reporting, and communication with insurance companies
