More than 2 years experience. Holding the score will require some changes in the operation, drivers need to send the PTI weekly, and team should be able to check those videos. If fleet team will find an issue need to know how to assess the current situation and how to make a decision whether to go to shop or better go with load first. Need to be prepared for the money expenses for some issues. Need to follow the PM schedules and do the inspection of the trucks every few month. Need good telematics (samsara best).
