Develop and execute digital marketing and growth strategies; manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Telegram, and other relevant channels; plan and manage advertising budgets; monitor and optimize key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, ROI, and conversion rates; coordinate content creators and external marketing resources; test new creatives, audiences, offers, and acquisition channels; use AI tools for content, automation, research, campaign analysis, reporting, and optimization; work closely with management and the product/development team

Talablar

3+ years of practical digital marketing experience; strong background in performance marketing and paid advertising; good knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads; strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; fluent English; fluent Uzbek and Russian; strong understanding of the Uzbek digital market and consumer behavior; practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, or similar platforms; proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of results
