2+ years of commercial experience with Java 17+; Strong experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate; Good knowledge of OOP, SOLID, design patterns and microservices; Experience with PostgreSQL/SQL and Git; Basic/intermediate knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and React; Understanding of modern AI Agent / Agentic AI development; Hands-on experience building AI Agents and agent-based workflows; Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar; Knowledge of tool/function calling, agent tools, memory, context and multi-step agent workflows; Experience with RAG, embeddings and vector databases is a plus; Practical experience using Claude Code and OpenAI Codex for development, debugging, refactoring and automation; Ability to integrate AI Agents into Java/Spring Boot applications
